Terms of Service
Published August 25, 2026
Draft pending legal review. This reflects Affify's commercial intent, but should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
1. What Affify provides
Affify licenses access to a software platform for affiliate marketing operations: product import, post creation, scheduling, distribution to connected channels and, on higher plans, a blog and a storefront.
Affify is not a sales intermediary, does not process consumer orders, and is not a party to the relationship between you, the marketplace and the end buyer.
2. Account and workspace
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password safe.
- Each workspace belongs to the person who created it. Invited members hold only the permissions the owner grants.
- A workspace operates in a single market (for example, United States or Brazil). To operate in another, create an additional workspace.
3. Acceptable use
By using the platform, you agree not to:
- publish a price you know to be incorrect, or a discount that does not exist;
- use a third party's affiliate tag without authorization;
- send messages to lists obtained without consent;
- violate the terms of the marketplaces or channels you connect;
- attempt to circumvent plan limits, quotas or security controls;
- use the platform for illegal or deceptive content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
Violations may lead to account suspension, with notice where notice is possible.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Plans and their contents are described on the pricing page.
- Subscriptions bill on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time, with no penalty. Access continues through the end of the period already paid.
- Mid-period plan changes are prorated.
- Monthly quotas are shown in the dashboard. You are warned as you approach a limit, before anything is blocked.
5. Your data and your content
Content you create in the platform is yours. Affify uses it only to provide the service. You may export products, articles and history at any time.
6. Third-party integrations
The platform connects to third-party services (Amazon, Telegram, Meta, WhatsApp and others). Those services have their own terms, change without notice, and can become unavailable. Affify commits to communicating known outages, but cannot guarantee the continuity of APIs it does not control.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.
8. Limitation of liability
Affify is not liable for uncollected commissions, accounts suspended by marketplaces or channels, or losses arising from content you publish. Affify's liability, where it exists, is limited to the subscription amount paid in the 12 months preceding the event.
9. Changes to these terms
Material changes are communicated by email at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the platform after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where Affify is established.
